Nassau County School Districts interested in joining the network can purchase the required base station from an existing County contract at a cost of $3,347 and will include the following:

EDACS 500M 800MHz Radio
Base-station package
Antenna system
Transmission line
Connectors and mounting wedge
Power supply
Installation and programming
Desk microphone
3 years maintenance
